Using meditation for manifestation is a proven way to achieve focused yet calm thoughts about the dream life and goals you wish to achieve.

There are five key steps to using meditation for manifestation and we’ll explain each of them in this article.

But first, let’s define meditation. Wikipedia’s definition of meditation is as follows:

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Meditation is an ideal way to access the Law of Attraction.

Meditating on positive thoughts and goals as though they have already manifested in your life, is at the very heart of the Law of Attraction.

5 Steps to Use Meditation for Manifestation

The five steps to raise your awareness and achieve clarity about your goals and future are shown below:

  1. Focus on who you really are
  2. Relax your body and mind
  3. Remove limitations you place on yourself
  4. Create a visual representation of your beliefs
  5. Motivates you to take purposeful action

Follow these five steps as part of your meditation routine to manifest your future goals and dreams.

Step 1 – Focus on Who You Really Are

Throughout your life you have received messages from parents, friends, family and teachers about who you are and what your path in life should be.

Meditation provides you with an opportunity to ignore the world’s opinion of you.

Through meditation, you can put all these opinions to one side and focus on your own thoughts, goals and aspirations. Without interruption. Without having to explain.

This time and space allows you to connect with your future life more directly and powerfully than if you have the chatter and opinions of friends etc. in your ear.

The clarity you achieve helps you clearly identify what you and don’t want to manifest in your life. It’s like you have a direct connection to the heart of the Law of Attraction!

Meditation enables you to let go off any negative self-talk and quiet the messages from the well-meaning people in your life about the path that they believe is best for you.

You know yourself better than anyone else on the planet.

Meditation helps you to open your heart and search inside yourself to find out what you want, and what is best for you. You allow yourself to consciously manifest your future.

Step 2 – Relax Your Body and Mind

Studies conducted by The University of Rochester Medical Center observed the following physical changes in people who meditate.

  • Decreased blood pressure
  • Less pain
  • Increased immune system response
  • Improved mood and brain function

Your body needs to be stress free and relaxed to allow your spirit to soar.

Meditation is a relaxed state that enables your mind to focus on working directly with the universe. This direct connection is a blissful state, but you must find a way to be relaxed in both mind and body.

Meditation gives you the physical and mental state you need.

Step 3 – Remove Limitations You Place on Yourself

A fundamental principle of The Law of Attraction is that we attract into our life what we think about most of the time.

Your universal blessings are always limited by what is in your heart and mind.

Meditation helps you to release the part of your heart and mind that may be placing limitations on your blessings.

Once you let go of self-doubt, feelings of worthlessness, low self-esteem and negative self-talk you begin to truly harness the power of the Law of Attraction. Meditation is the perfect way to help you remove limitations.

You deserve the best and you need to trust that the universe will give you the best.

Deflect your energy from solving problems. The right-hand problem-solving part of your brain focuses on problems and challenges. Let go of your problems and focus on the bright future you are creating.

Meditation helps you live and appreciate the moment as it is now. It allows you to let go of past regrets or concerns about the future.

Open your heart to see and accept the whole person that you are.

Regardless of what has happened in your life, regardless of the good or bad, dark or light parts of you, you deserve to receive the blessings from the universe exactly as you are now.

Use meditation to set you free to attract and manifest the blessings that the universe has to give.

Step 4 – Create a Visual Representation of Your Beliefs

The power of creative visualization works hand-in-glove with meditation.

The richer and more emotionally charged you are able to visualize your future life and goals, the easier it is to manifest them.

Use meditation to calm your mind to see and describe your future life, in every detail, as though it were real today.

The visual aspect is incredibly important as is the need to connect positive feelings and emotions with your goals. Meditation gives you the calming space in your mind in which to do just that.

Step 5 – Motivates You to Take Purposeful Action

Meditation is a purposeful exercise to help you focus on what is important to you.

Intent and purpose are key to meditation.

Meditating about dairy cows in a meadow may be a peaceful thought for many people. But, in terms of this thought advancing you towards your goals and dreams, it is probably not that useful. Unless of course you want to be a dairy farmer!

What we’re trying to say is choose what to meditate about and connect your meditation to your future life.

  • Do you want to meet your soulmate?
  • Are you looking to change jobs?
  • Would improve health and fitness be something to aim for?

Choose the subjects of your meditation carefully and anchor them in your long-term goals and dreams for maximum effect.
