4 Law Of Attraction Exercises To Manifest Your Desired Life

Do you know the 4 Law of Attraction exercises you must do to activate the universe and attract the life you desire?

If not, then read on, it could make all the difference to your life.

These techniques are not difficult, do not cost money and do not take up much time but you do need to do them on a consistent basis, every day.

Consistency and focus are central to your success in using these methods.

1. Creative Visualization

Wanting something to happen in your life is not enough. You must create a visualization of your future life or situation where you see, hear, feel and experience the future you desire.

A popular approach is to use a vision board.

The more powerful and believable the image you create, the stronger your desire will be to bring this into your life e.g., wealth, a new loving relationship, job etc.

This is known as your powerful “Why”. Every day, you connect with your “Why” to manifest your new situation in life.

The stronger your “Why”, the stronger your resolve to attract the life you desire.

Every day you should spend 5-10 minutes imagining and visualizing your future situation as if it were real today. This connects your subconscious brain to the powerful emotion of your imagined future.

Once you have made this connection, the Law of Attraction can begin to work!

However, you need to combine creative visualization with the next two skills to fully activate the law of attraction.

2. Control Your Thoughts and Focus

If you have ever heard the phrases “thoughts become things” or “as a man thinketh” then you will understand the importance of controlling and directing your thoughts.

If you take ownership for every thought in your mind and take responsibility for every action, then you can live a life of intent and purpose.

Living on purpose means you have a clear direction to follow and are not swayed from one thing to another. If you have successfully created a visualization for your life (in technique 1) then this “Why” is your purpose.

Develop the habit of managing your thoughts and creating a positive and practical outlook towards your goals. This is vital and something that must be lived daily. Positive affirmations are a big help in this regard.

The third technique must also be an important part of your day.

3. Learn the Art of Gratitude

Having an “Attitude of Gratitude” helps you understand your place in the world is full of beauty, love, acts of kindness, intelligence and much more.

The more you give thanks for these things the more you see them and the more they fill your world.

Being grateful means you do not expect more than you have.

It all starts when you decide to take notice of what to be grateful for. A great way to do this is to start a gratitude journal.

A gratitude journal helps you write down things in your life you are grateful for. It keeps a record of your grateful thoughts and is a reminder of what is good in your life when sometimes it is hard to see those good things.

So, there you have it, three simple Law of Attraction exercises to manifest your dreams:

  1. Creative Visualization – actively see and create your future
  2. Control of Your Thoughts – live a life of intent and purpose
  3. Art of Gratitude – be grateful for everything in and outside your life

4. Consistency – the Unsung Hero of Success

What all three exercise have in common is the need to be practiced on a consistent basis to be truly effective.

As someone who wants to improve their life in a meaningful way you cannot just pick and choose to do these exercises now and again.

Making each exercise part of your daily routine is probably the best and most common way to consistently apply these principles.

If this is all new to you then the very best advice is to start small.

Don’t expect to have visualization, gratitude and living a of intent in your daily schedule by the end of the week.

I have found it’s a good idea to start with Creative Visualization as your first technique to learn.

Visualization is at the very heart of understanding your “Why?”.

When you have a better understanding why you want these things, experiences, moments in your life then you will have the necessary commitment to practice a visualization routine daily.

Once you have a visualization routine in place, then taking time to include affirmations in your day with help strengthen a positive attitude.

This can be followed with the use of a gratitude journal to write down 3 things every day you are grateful for.

With that said, there is no right or wrong way to practice the Law of Attraction. We all have our own paths to follow. We just need to do it consistently.

The key is to start!
